Overview
FindonView is a greenfield land estate in the northern corridor – Wollert. This boutique estate within a very competitive growth area had a lot to offer for a smaller footprint than its larger neighbours. Our task was to target families and young couples that wanted a home in an appealing area with beautiful views.
What we delivered
- The estate sold out in 8 Months – well ahead of schedule
- 31% price uplift from launch
- One of the highest per square rate in the PSP
