Overview
Swanline Group asked Torn Marketing to develop a brand identity for their new apartments on the Swan River, Como. They wanted the brand to be sleek and appealing to potential customers, showcasing the comfort and luxurious lifestyle associated with the development.
The client also wanted advice on how best to showcase their as yet unfinished interiors to potential buyers using computer generated renders. It was decided that these images, along with floorplans and apartment finishes and features would be collated and used to create a property brochure.
